Our experience shows us that all the water we leave in the carpets after cleaning is just as dirty as what we remove. Drying time is the single simplest way for a customer to tell the quality of a carpet cleaning job. The longer the drying time, the more odors, soil and detergents left behind. Our goal is to always achieve the carpets are dry when we leave!

We also teach what we do. We travel across Canada training the science of cleaning. Soils and surface is the understanding of what soil is on what type of surface and the best means to remove it. We do not have one way we clean everything. That is what makes us unique. Every job is different. I have been cleaning for 30+ years and instructing other carpet cleaners for 20+ years. The carpet cleaning industry is my passion and it is my pleasure to be able to serve you with our cleaning services.

  I hired James of Harold William Fine Services to attempt to clean 3 chairs that were heavily stained.   I admitted that I thought they would never come clean because the stains had been there so long.  James was diligent, fast and efficient and made those chairs so clean, my husband thought I had bought new ones.   I also had him clean our carpeted stairs and as James was cleaning, he found that some of the carpet had come loose, so got his tools and fixed it.  I would highly recommend James for any carpet or upholstery cleaning job.
