  I hired James of Harold William Fine Services to attempt to clean 3 chairs that were heavily stained.   I admitted that I thought they would never come clean because the stains had been there so long.  James was diligent, fast and efficient and made those chairs so clean, my husband thought I had bought new ones.   I also had him clean our carpeted stairs and as James was cleaning, he found that some of the carpet had come loose, so got his tools and fixed it.  I would highly recommend James for any carpet or upholstery cleaning job.

I am proudly James’ longest standing customer for over 18 years. James was very personable on his first visit and remains so to this day. He has cleaned my carpets, dried my carpets quickly, cleaned my furniture, re-stretched my entrance way, reset my stair carpeting, installed new underpad where required, not to mention all the spot removal over the years. I’ve known James Tole since 1995, and his ability to educate his customers is invaluable. There doesn’t seem to be a surface he doesn’t understand. He has cleaned grout (10 years worth suddenly looked like new), indoor carpet tamped down by a family of 6, and indoor / outdoor carpet for us. Especially impressive was his speed and expertise in pulling out water damage stains from carpeting near a large sliding glass door that had leaked. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services.
