He has cleaned grout (10 years worth suddenly looked like new), indoor carpet tamped down by a family of 6, and indoor / outdoor carpet for us. Especially impressive was his speed and expertise in pulling out water damage stains from carpeting near a large sliding glass door that had leaked. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services.
